Bachelors in engineering or equivalent
Responsibility:
Requirement Analysis :
Study the requirements shared by performance analyst.
Interpret the requirements and seek clarifications.
Raise issues with requirements document and solutions for the same.
Participate in KT calls to understand the requirements.
Conduct analysis on production/application log for existing applications and share inputs on requirement analysis for deriving workload model with Performance Analyst.
Design and Development :
Collect data on production environment configuration from infrastructure team/ client.
Provide inputs on test environment team to analyst.
Review test scripts prepared by test engineer for various scenarios and validate same, as required.
Conduct code profiling during development stage.
Interpret profiling statistics and identify issues with the code.
Discuss recommendations on code with analyst.
Execution and Recommendation: Conduct analysis on production/application logs and identify potential performance/ scalability challenges.
Develop proofofconcepts in short turnaround.
Knowledge Sharing :
Support in maintaining the CoE website.
Collect and present technical artefacts on performance and scalability from various sources.
Participate in knowledge sharing sessions on new technologies with other teams.
Contribute to knowledge repository and tools.
